Not only are we able to take a piece of metal and manufacture it into the shape that you require,

Powder Coating Booth
We are equipped with a state of the art 8’ wide spray booth and an 8’ x 8’ x 8’ oven.
Spray Booths
We have three paint booths. Two are 8’ wide and one is 6’ wide.
Plating Services
Although we do not plate parts here, we
have good relationships with several vendors in the area to provide our plating needs.
Chemical Coating
We have a variety of support processes to assist in providing the finishes that our customers expect from us.
We have a chemical coating line that includes an iron phosphate bath for degreasing of steel and aluminum.
Silkscreen Printing
To top off these finishes we offer silk screen application on most flat surfaces.
Grainers and Tumblers
We have a Time Saver wet sander/grainer with a 37” bed, a 24” Amada Deburring Machine and two vibrator
tumblers for small to medium size parts.
