- Milling Machines
- We have five milling Machines, a Hurco VM1 Machining Center, a Bridgeport Discover 308 VMC,
a Milltronics 3-Axis CNC Milling Machine, a Dyna Mechtronics 3-Axis Benchtop CNC Milling Machine
and an Acer 2-Axis CNC Milling Machine.
- Lathes
- We have two lathes, a Monarch 10 EE with a CNC retrofit and a Sharp 1340 VS with a Newall DRO.
- Router
- The Komo VR510 CNC Router has a 60” x 120” table. The axis travels are X=134”, Y=84” and Z=15”.
It has unidirectional repeatability +/- 0.0004” with an average feed rate of 300 inches per minute,
but capable of up to 3150 inches per minute.
- Grinders and Saws
- We have a variety of support equipment which include, but not limited to, an extrusion saw,
Boyar Shultz 612 surface grinder, Jet 7” horizontal/vertical band saw, and a Jet 18” vertical band saw.
